At OCOO on tho morning of 16 Mav 2963, crows and advancement certificates
were presented by J* 170 AC3ER7S, Commanding Officer, to all personnel .oeing
promoted on the Naval Station, /.ink,
Shortly after the presentation a blue haze settled over the island and
has lasted for several days* No, this is not fallout from a Nevada desert
tost, but the smoke from so many cigars being puffed all at the same time.
OUR congratulations go out to all hands that wore promoted.
