INCORPORATION

THE OGALALLA MINING COMPANY.
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRES
ENTS: That at a special meeting of stock
holders of the Tho Ogalalla Mining Com
pany, held at the office of tho company
in Los Angeles, California, on the sec
ond day of December, 191S, after due
notice of the time, place and purpose of
the meeting, by the affirmative vote of
a majority of tho issudti and outstand
ing stock of the company. Article III of
tho Articles of Incorporation of the said
Ogalalla MJnlng Company was duly am
ended to read as follows:
ARTICLE III. The Capital stock pf
the corporation shall be Three Hundred
and Twenty Thousand Dollars ($320,
000.00) divided Into Sixteen Thousand
(16,000) Shares of the par value of
Twenty Dollars ($20.00) each, which
shall be paid In at such time as the
Board of Directors may designate,
in cash, real or personal property,
services, lease, option to purchase,
or any other valuable right or
thing, for the uses and purposes of
the corporation, and all shares of capi
tal stock, when Issued In exchange
therefor, shall thereupon and thereby
become and be full-paid,' tho same as
though paid for In cash at par, and shall
be non-assessable forever, and the Judg
ment of the directors as to the value of
any property, right or thing acquired
in exchange for capital stock shall bo
conclusive.
