chapter six of title thirty-two, of the Revised
Statutes ef tan United Stales, the Copper Queen
Consolidated MiaJag Company, a corporarion.
whose postoffice address is Btabee, Arizona,
claiming two hundred liaear feet of the Best
Piece vein, lode or deposit bearing gold, silver,
copper and other minerals, together with sur
face giound four hundred and fifty-eight feet in
width, being situated in the Warren Mining
District, county of Cochise and Territory oi

of beginning, and containing 093 acres; the
said mining claim being of record in the of

sumed general course or direction of the said
Brt Piece mining claim, vein, lode or mineral
deposit being shown upon the plat filed with the
Register aforesaid, as near as can be determined
by present developments. This claim being for

the surface ground shown on said official plat
filed as aforesaid, the said vein, lode and min
ing claim hereby sought to be patented being
bounded as follows, to-wit: Upon the southwest

north by the Holbrook M. C, lot No. 53. and
the Goddard M. C, lot No. 61; and upon the
southeast by the Lookout M. C; said claim
being designated as lot No. 67 on the official
plat aforesaid.
Any and all persons claiming adversely the
fining ground, vein, lode, premises or any por

applied for, arc hereby notified that unless their
adverse claims are duly filed according to taw,
and the regulations thereunder within the time
