McNeil, whose postoffice address is Tombstone, Arizona, claiming the San Diego Mulsite cliim, lying and being situated within the Tombstone Min ing district, tounty of Cochise and I erntory of Arizona, is about to make application to the United Slates for a patent for the said San Di ego milUite claim, which is more fully described as to metes and bounds by the orhcial plat and the Held notes of the survey thereof now on file in the office of the Register of tlie U. S. Any all persons claiming adversely the mi.lsitc claim or any portion thereof so described, surveyed, platted and ap plied for are hereby notified that unless their adverse c.aims are duly filed according to law, and the regulations thereunder, within the time prescribed by law, with the Register of the U, S. Land Office at Tucson, in the Territory of Arizona, they will be barred by virtue of the provisions ot said statute.
