Mahoney has filed in this Court a petition praying' for the Probate of the last Will and Testament of William R. I Campbell, deceased, and that ; the same will be heard on Mon j day, }he 9th day of July, A. D., 190 b. at ten o’clock in the fore noon of said day. at the Court room of said Court,in Holbrook. County of Navajo, Territory of Arizona, and all persons inter ested in the estate of the said deceased are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the pray er of said petitioner should not be granted.
