H B Takken and Co ♦ X- * J N Morerity, of St. Marys, Kansas, was in Winslow during the week and delivered an ad dress before the local K C Lodge Wednesday evening. * New Savage Arrives Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Savage are the proud parents of a 10 lb. son who made his apperence Tuesday. The little gentleman and his mother are getting along nicely. NOTICE I Although the season is open for shooting quail, there were turned loose at Chas. He was accompanied by Chas. Gardner who joined him in a constitutional from Manila*in ow ing to the fact that the car broke down at that place. x- x- * The dinner given by the Ladks of the St. Martha’s Guild at their hall, Frday of last week, was very highly praised by many who availed themselves of the opportunity to get a delicious re past. Burbage has filed in thisCouit a certain document purporting to to be the last Will and Testamef t of N. G. Poy deceased together with his petition praying that said document be admitted to probate in this Court as the last Will and Testament of said N. G. Poy who, said petitioner alleges, is deceased, and that letteis testamentary issue thereon tc said petitioner, and that same will be heard on Saturday the 30th day of January A. D, 1915, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon of said day, at the court room of said Court, in Court House, in the Town of Holbrook County of Navajo State of Arizona, and all persons interested in said estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of said | petitioner should not he granted.
