The Board of Directors is hereby authorized and empowered to make and establish By-Laws for the government of the corporation, and to alter aud amend the same, and to make all rules in J regulations, which, in their judgment, are needfol or nefmary for their management of affairs of the corporation, and for the gnid ence and. control of the officers thereof. ARTICLE IX The private property of every stockholders in thi corporation shall be forever exempt from liability for the corporate debts of the corpor ation. ARTICLE X The officers of this corporation shall be a President. Vice-President, Secretary, and a Treasurer, and such other officers and agents as the Board f Directors may, from time to time, provide or appoint. The President. Vice-President, Secretary nnd Treasurer shall be elected by the Board of Directors immediately after their own election, from among their own number, and all officers so elected shall hold office for the term of one 11 year, and until their successors are ejected and qualified, ex cept as herein otherwise provided. 1 he of fices of President and Treasurer may be united in one and the same person. ARTICLE XI The Board of Directors shall have the power to sell and otherwise dispose of any property of this corporation, less than the whole there of.
