Nogales, Arizona, a corporation,
plaintiff, vs. Dora Ivatz Leeker,
defendant.
Under and by virtue of an ex I
ecutiou issued out of the Supe
rior Court of Santa Cruz county,
-State of Arizona, in an action j
wherein The Noa-les National
Bank of Nogales, Arizona, a cor
poration, was plaintiff, and Dora I
Katz Leeker, defendant, upon a
jugdment rendered on the loth
day of April, 1922, in favor of
said plaintiff and against said
defendant, for the sum of one
thousand three hundred eiphty
six and 51100 dollars ($l,38'o.
51), current lawful money of the
United States of America, with
interest and costs, I have this
day levied upon all the right,
title, claim and interest of said
defendant in and to the follow
ing described property, to wit:
The community interest in and
to all of lots numbered three (3),
four (4), and five (5) in block
three (3) of the north Morley
avenue addition, in the town,
(now city) of Nogales, Santa Cruz
county, State of Arizona, accord
ing to the amended plat thereof,
as surveyed in May, .1909, by
Wallace and Summerhayes, en
gineers.
Notice is hereby given that I
will, on the 3rd day of July,
1922, at two o'clock p. m. of said
day, at the court house door in
the city of Nogales, Santa Cruz
county, State of Arizona, sell at
public auction, for current law
ful money of the Uuited States
of America, all the right, title,
claim and interest of said de
fendant in and to the above de
scribed property, or as much
thereof as may be necessary to
satisfy said judgment, with in
terest and costs, with accruing
costs, to the highest bidder, for
cash.

NOTICE OF PURCHASE OF PUMPING
EQUIPMENT.
Notice is hereby given that
the Mayor and Common Council
of the city of Nogales, Arizona,
will receive bids for the sale to
the city of one single stage cen
trifugal pump, belt driven, with
three inch suction and three
inch discharge pipes, and a guar
anteed capacity of two hundred
gallons per minute under a head
of one hundred and fifty feet,
together with one fifteen horse
power electric motor for operat
ing same, suited for use under
local conditions, and seven thous
aiicl feet of standa.d four 'inch
iron pipe. Additional informa
tion or specifications may be ob
tained from J. VV. Larimore, city
engineer. All bids must state
name of manufacturer of pump
and motor, and length of time
necessary to deliver same, and
be accompanied by certified
check or satisfactory bond in the
amount of ten per cent of the
bid, to guarantee delivery in the
time and at the price stated, and
must be delivered to P. E. Cole,
city clerk, on or before eight
o'clock p. m., Monday, July 10,
1922. The city reserves the right
to reject any and all bids.
