NOTICE TO VOTERS. "It is necessary for those who registered for the city election to register again for the fall election," said County Recorder Malcolm Middleton. The regis ter will be open until T p. m. September 1st. All who vote at the primary election which will be held on September 12th must register before September 1st. The register will be open again on September 19 at 9 a. m. until October 15th. No one can vote at primary election who fails to give their party affiliation. Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto be longing or in anywise apper taining. Notice is hereby given that I will, on the 21st day of July, 1922, at 10 o'clock a. m. of said day, at the front of the court house in Nogales, Santa Cruz county, State of Arizona, sell at public auction, for current law ful money of the United States of America, all the right, title, claim and interest of said de fendants in and to the above described property, or as much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy said judgment, with in terest and costs, with accruing costs, to the highest bidder, for cash.
