The treasurer never has any money to amount to much, and yet he is paid 33.2.5 per diem for sitting and holding the pocket-book. Heretofore the night watchman in the mill has refused to clean up the saw-dust and shavings, al though paid S3OO a night. and a day man had to be hired to do the work.
