Mining company purchased the Hem-

the neck of the Iron county forest.

Crystal Falls, under the name of
"Hemlock" but there was another
Hemlock on the main line of
the C. & N.-W. and the freight
and express went to that place

destination. "Name Wanted" was
the sign that the little mining camp
on the banks of the Hemlock hung
out to the world and Immediately the
people Interested began to clothe it

name of Amasa In memory of Ainasa
.Stone, a favorite and warm friend
of his. Immediately the name of

Judge Lxtrum has been doing a land

Crystal Falls beer was too much for a
number of Slavs that attended the
funeral and, has a result, they got
quarreling arid five of them were

as they have all kept orderly places
