A regular meeting of, the township board was held in the cleric's office on tire above date, and was called to order by Supervisor Schwalm. There were present Justices Satterly, Mar- kle, Supervisor Schwalm and Clerk Hugo. Absent none. ' The minutes of the meeting of September 3rd, 1907, were read and approved as read. V The following resolution was pre sented by Supervisor Fred W. Schwalm, who moved its adoption. Resolved, That the clerk be and is hereby authorized to pay the inter est to the Miners' National Bank loan out of the general fund. ; Yeas Satterly, Markle, Schwalm, Hugo. Nays none. Carried.
