"I here in proclaim the week of October U) 16 1943. National Business Woman's Week, and urge out citizens to cooperate with the Business and Professional Wom en's Club of Mount Clemens in its local observance. The theme of the Week is "Living on the Home Front.” and it should be the concern of all our citizens. We know that before our country can win the war and the peace in the world, we must win on the home front, in our own country. Golden Rule Circle Holds Meeting THE GOLDEN RULE CIR CLE held its regular meeting on Monday at the King's Daughters Home. Mrs. Russell Glasgow was the hostess, substituting for Mrs. Anthony Eckhout. Mrs. Alice Cook and Mrs. John L. Arthur were elected dele gates to attend the King's Daughters convention at Howell. It was voted that $5.00 be donat ed to the Milk Fund at the schools.
