ARCHITECTS AND ET7ILDEES should not fail te
examine this Roofing, ki it is belter an'l cheaper thaa any
tliinrin ue. Th mitcial forms a hard an'l arnooih sur
face that will rrrst the action of tlie atmosphere in every
elimat. It Is impervious to water, elastic, ai'i flexible.
It contracts and expands wl h the changes of the a'tnoi
phere, and will neitlier evaporate, crack nor rot; ar,d, as to
iti riurahili'y, there is no question.
It is practically Imperi.'.haMe, and will perf :c'f,il!y resist
aoy ordinary ext.ro l exposure to Pre, as is abmdantly
proved, an-l we will warrant it wste r-proof. We will en
gage to put oar Rooting on over orlinary pood heathin,
old shin ties, tar and irravel, tin, aiic, enner, or iron roofs
it making no difference how atep or fl i' ihev may be
for seven doI srs per one hundred ao'iare feel; It. being far
cheaper than anv Roof of the M style, and we are sure it
will five bet.T aatisf ictiori.
It will also be found lo be the best irig ever in vented to
cove or mend old leakv Ua, tar an 1 gravel roofs, or around
chinnev, scuttles, dormer windows, aud gutters, where the
tin is ru-t d through. This Cement can he put on to lat
as long as stone, and form a perfect aj! e-:on to any ob-jt-et
to which it is applied Tin Roots can be pa n'ed oyer
(an'l warranted not to leik) at two d liars and fifty cents
per hundred square fee', which is cheaper and ruu:h bet
teir than paint. This rto'fji wJl be found to be the bet t

Cart, Bridges. Depots, r-tuion Houses, Steamt-o-it Decks,
and, in ia-t evi r km-J of ii.jof (.here there is an external
