| io^al Chapter of the ACC A will have a
fait evening program at the Skyway Thoa
j •’•0-, The program will start with the
sheering cf color slides, many of which
wore taken by local folks# This showing
will take ovor an hour# Following tho
shoving of the slides, refreshments will
be served and a rummage salo held# Many
nice and lovely articles have been turned
in r.l ready for the rummage sale. These
will be sold at a very choap price# It
w’ll bo worth anyoncs timo to look the
aicicles over#
The price of admission for adults is to
bo L-^irty five cents# Childrens admis**
sicn is twenty five cents.
f'-o proceeds for the evening will go to
the ACCA fund here. Let’s all back it

Honor Visitors
Mr. C.a. DuRosc, Hr. D. B. Hart and Roy
Buckles of Pacific Northern .lirlinos were
Honor visitors this woek. Mr. Hart is
fron Seattle and Mr. DuRosc and Hr.
Buckles fron the anchorage office. They
advise that Mr. R.C. Snith is now the
agont here replacing Arthur Hewlett.
VISITOR FROM ’.AJSHINGTON
Mr. C.A, Smith of applications and loans,
R.E.ii., ./ashington, was a visitor here
and not with local H.E.A. officials to
discuss tho construction of lines for
the coning year. Sdith was satisfied
with the operation at the present tine
and added ho is enjoying his stay in
Honor.

Tuesday evoning ne the students v/ere
receiving, their diplomas, three F-80 jets
from Hmndorf flow over the Theater.
It gave the appearance they were soluting
the graduating studonts, and v/as a very
appropriate jester,

Gcorgo Puckett, Territorial Highway
Patrol, was in Honor the first of the
week for a check up on traffic violators<
In order to warn the local residents
that periodical checkups will be made

light, no swipe and a void operators

of operating a vohiclo with void 1949

Mr, Puckct has a complete list of all
who have purchased 1950 license plates
and warns it takes only a matter of
minutes to chock this list., He will
make frequent trips to this area.
