‘Witch’ Slayer’s Story is Upheld; Given Freedom G&vernor Orders Release of Killer After Hearing ‘Evil Eye’ Story. DENVER.—A tale about an “I; *imn witch * who terrorized the pe<- pie nf southwestern Colorado's big 1 mesa country with his “evil eye’’ has won freedom from prison for '•2-year-old AiTmso Tafoya.
