Sect ion 1. Ilfight and permission i>
hereby given to The Michigan Central
Uailroad Company, and to The New
York Central Railroad Company, les
see of the Michigan Central Railroad,
to maintain and operate a railroad
track on the east side of Kiddle Ave
nue, commencing ait Grove Street,
thence running north to Orchard
Street, with necessary and convenient
turnouts, sidetracks and switches, and
to keep, maintain and use the same

concerns having sidetracks in connec
tion therewith.
