Pennsylvania Central Airlines officials said that by April 1 PCA will have its full fleet of 16 big air transports in service, supplementing those already being furnished with twin-engine 21-passenger planes. De livery of the second 56-passenger Capltaliner will be made early in February and during February and ,March the remainder of the fleet of 16 big, four-mile-a-minute planes will be readied for service. Pittsburgh, Detroit, Cleveland, Milwaukee, New York, Knoxville and Birmingham are among the cities to which the new planes will be assigned. ARMY ENLISTMENTS MOUNT WASHINGTON. <U.R>—Enrollment oi officers and enlisted men in the Army Reserve Corps Is . steadily mounting, an indication that the army’s reserve organization will play an important peace-time de fensive role. More than half of the officers are enrolling on separation. Os the 434,452 offioers separated from the Army by Jan. 6, about 150,000 were already recorded in Washington on the officer reserve corps roster. Mo6t of the reserves enroll at separation centers, and some even later, so Washington records lag behind the actual en rollment. ARMY SCHOOL SET UP AT CARLISLE WASHINGTON. OJ.P.) —An Army Information School to train offi cers and enlisted men in public re lations and Information and edu cation duties will be established at Carlisle Barracks, Pa., the War Department announced. The first course is expected to begin late in February. Brig. Gen. Willis ton B. Palmer, former com mander of the seventh corps artil lery in Europe, will be the school commandant.
