Spring Drills
Pasebail players of the Downriver
Athletic Club Enterprise will begin
spring training Saturday in prep
aration for the coming season, Mr.
Arky Cosgro, club president an
nounced today.
Though it has not been offi
cially determined whether the
club will play in the Downriver or
Inter-County league, Cosgro said
that it would be represented in
Class A, C and E play.
Saturday's initial drill will be
held at Municipal Field in Ecorse
at 2 p.m. and any player interested
in joining the squad is invited for
a tryout.
The ACE will meet April 2, at
Poremba's Dining Room in Ecorse
to draw up schedules for the sea
son's play. Time of the meeting
k» set for 7:30.
ALL METAL GOLF
LEAGUE MEETS
There will be a meeting of the
All-Metal Golf League at the Wy
andotte News offices on Tuesday
evening March 26th at 8:00. Every
one interested in the league are
urged to attend. Final plans for
the league season will be made.
