Frederick Krenning, and the unknown
heirs of Frederick Krenning, non-residents
of the State of Tennessee, and
whose places of residenoe are unknown,
above named defendants are non-resi
dents of the (State of Tennessee so that
ordinary process of law cannot be serv
ed on them.
