THE CINCINNATI SOUTHERN RAILWAY RUNS THROUGH The Board's large tracts of land in Morgan and Scott Counties, nearly dividing it into two equal parts. The land lying east of the railway is rich in timber and coal, as well as soil, while on the west side there is very desirable land for farming and grazing; the native grasses for nearly three-fourths oi the year being rich and nutritious. Water is to be found in abundant quantities through the whole of the country. Fruit and vegetables, and especially grapes, grow here raost successfully. The soil is particularly adapted to grape growing, and the seasons favorable. The following stations on the Cincinnati Southern are cfcasy access to the Board's lands, viz., Bobbins, Sedgemoor, Glen Mary, Hoffman's Switch, and Sunbright. The Board has also a number of choice building lots of large area for sale, in the town of Rugby, and also in the town of Sedgemoor. The Board has recently surveyed and laid out Sedgemoor, and is prepared to offer liberal inducements to per sons settling therefor manufacturing and business purposes. It is the station for Rugby. The latter place lies seven miles west from Sedgemoor, and is reached by an excellent, graded road, with a per fectly smooth road bed. The road winds and curves, beautifully follow ing the natural contour of the ground, and crosses the White Oak stream on a good, substantial Howe Truss Bridge.
