The annual opproprlatlon bill' of the City of Owosso for the fiscal year ending May 31, 1918. The City of Owosso Ordains: , Section 1. That provision is hereby made for and the several amounts herein after stated are hereby appropriated and provision is hereby made for the several amounts required to defray the expenses and liabilities of the City M Owosso for the next fiscal year, commencing June 1, 1917. and ending Majr 31, 1918, from the several general funds of the said City as estimated and determined upon by the Commission of the City of Owosso and from the interest end sinking fund as esti mated and determined by the Commission of the Cltv of Owosso under and by virtue of Chapter 18 of the Charter of the City of Owosso. and hereby orders .the same or so much of said amounts as may be neeessarv to be raised by tax with the next City tax levy or by loan or by both, and to be paid Into the severul general funds of the City of Owosso.
