The one shown in the illustration Is the simplest of garments to make, and may be in long or short length. It is made of figur ed orepe cloth, trimmed with a band of silk. Several other materials such as challis, cash mere, French flannel and silk are adapted to the mode. The medium size will require seven yards of 36 inch material.
