Whereas, (ieoive O. (odden and his wife.
Edith M. Sodden, of the township of Hrockwav,
St. Clair County, and stato of Michigan, made
and executed h certain indenture ol mortgage
to Mary O. Rollins, of Almont. Lapeer County,
Michigan, dated the 24th davof October A. D..
1812, and recorded on tho 2tith dav of October,
lsiij, tu liber 4 of mortgages, or. page 4ii, In the
oflice of the Register of Deeds of said County of
St. Clair. And whereas, said mortgage provid
ed that in case the interest and taxes, or any
part thereof remained unpaid, as therein pro
vided, for the space ol thirty days after the time
the same was made pavable or become due,
t hen said mortgagee, at her option, might de
clare the principal sum for which said mortgage
was given, with all arrearages of Interest and
unpaid taxes, due and pavable immediately,
although the time limited for the payment ot
said principal sum had not yet expired; and
whereas, before the date of this notice, more
than thirty days have elapsed since default
made in the payment of said interest and taxes,
and said mortgagee having declared said princi
pal sum due. with all arrearages of interest and
taxes, amounting to the sum ot Six Hundred
and Thirty Seven Dollars and Sixty-Five Cents
(U7.im) at the date of this notice; and whereas,
default having been made in payment of tne
same since so declared due by mortgagee, and
there is now claimed to be due and remaining
