County, Tennessee, which trust deed
secures the owner or . holder of one
principal note for the Sum of $8,500.00,
and six interest notes of $195.00 each,
and all attorneys' fees and expenses in
collection of same, all of said notes of
even date with said trust deed, and
payable to the order of Cedar Crest
Farm, Incorporated, and by It Indorsed,
said trust deed providing that the own
er of the Indebtedness shall have a
right at Us option to declare the entire
Indebtedness due in the event of fail
ure to pay any part of same secured
by said trust deed, whether principal or
interest, and default having been mad
by reason of failure to pay otic of the
interest notes secured by said trust
deed, and the owner of said indebted
ness having elected to declare the en
tire Indebtedness due, at the request of
the owner and holder of said indebted

cast line of Highland avenue 383.4 feet
south of a (.'as pipe monument in said
east line, 15.75 chain south of the
south line of the Kdwln Hickman 5,000
acre grant; running thence southward
ly with the said east line of Highland
avenue. 569.1 feet, more or less, to-a
gas pipe monument In an old hedge
fence; thence eastwardly with said old
hedge fence, 1.136 feet to a gas pipe
monument; thence northwardly, par
allel with Highland avenue, 563.1 feet,
more or less, to a point 3S3.4 feet south
of the gas pipe monument In the north

ty Tennessee; .thence northwardly
117.7 feet. 'more or less, to a point 383,4
feet south of gas pipe in the northeast
corner of C. D. M. Greer 24':-acre
tract; thence westwardly 1,136 feet to
beginning, containing 5 acres, more oj
less, and which said 5 acres, more or
less, excepted, was conveyed under and
by virtue of a prior encumbrance by the
Union & Planters Bank & Trust com
pany, as Trustee, to C. L. Townes, by
trustee's deed, dated Sept. 25, 1918. and
