It was consldred evident that yesterday's government crop re port had created no bulish sentiment of importance and after the active cov ering of yesterday afternoon, there ap peared to be very little buying power around the ring early today. On the contrary there waa reselling by some of yesterday's buyers and considerable selling for Southern and Wall fHreet account, with the market opening 19 to 4," points lower and becoming very weak later owing to rumors of financial troubles In Georgia and reports from Paris that the Polish armistice nego tiations had been halted. December sold down to 29.70o and Jan. to 9.i5c with the more active months showing net losses of 10 to 91 points.
