Ac cording to Squire Coleman most of these property holders have already promised to donate the extra 25 feet When this Is done, the county court will be urged to deed the highway to the national government, whin congress will be asked to pass a reso lution accepting the donations, both publto and private. Congress will also be asked to appropriate funds for the building and upkeep of the highway.
