Waggoner and other new companies
have paid Immense profits and made
many new millionaires during the past

dend June 16, and today announces an
other 60 per cent dividend. Eighty
companies in the Burkburnett field

000 for only 30 acres of oil land near
the Burk-Waggoner well, which gives
an Idea of the value experienced oil men
place on north Texas acreage. Farmer
Jones' acreage Is located but a few
hundred feet from the Texas Chief well,
which recently came In a 6,000-barrel
gusher, the largest oil well In northern
Texas. The Farmer JoneB company la
only capitalized at $98,000. divided into
ehares of $10 par value. The company's
15-acre lease, which is sufficient for
elsht gusher wells, has now, a valua
tion of $200,000 on account of recent
developments surrounding It.- A 6,000
barrel well on the Farmer Jones lease
should pay Its stockholders 1,000 per
cent. The Farmer Jones stock will not
be on the market long at par. Why
