Minutes of previous meeting read and ap proved. On motion duly made and carried, a written resolution was adopted ordering a cement sidewalk to b«* huilt alougthe following lots and parcels of land, in Sisseton, South Da kota. to-wit: The west end of lotp nine (0). ten (10), eleven ill», and twelve (12), of block ninety one (91) or the city df Sisseton. S I)., and on the south side of lot twelve (12) and twenty four (24). of block ninety-one tti of the city of Sisseton and on the east end of lots nineteen (19), twenty (20). twenty one i2l), twenty two Z'i). tweo' •. three (23) twenty-four (it4). of block sevein v-nne of th- ,rjty of Sisseton, t. Moved and carried that Saturday, the lxth day of July at 8 o'clock ro. be fixed as the time and piaee for the hearing ol the above resolution, ad aldermen voting aye.
