saloons because of the distance
from the Agency and because his

in Sisseton the latter part of
last week with a, car load of Sax
on and Cheviot automobiles and
have opened salesroom in the
McLcevor building. These cars

High School Notes.
By defeating Milbnnk, Webster
and Aberdeen, Sisseton holds the
championship of the district.
Friday evening at 8 o'clock
Sisseton's negative team will de
bate Lemmon's affirmative for the
championship of the north third of
the state. Beyond the fact that
I.emmon's team is composed of
boys, little i.s known of ability of
the team across tlie river. Sisse
ton's negative team is in first class
lighting trim and expects to give
a good account of itself. The
Sisseton Band wiil be out in force.
Kverybody come out and lvdp win.
Siss-.eton has been fortunate
enough to secure one of the liest
art exhibits in the state. It will
be on exhibit at the public library
during the week March 27th 1 st
every afternoon. Come and spend
an eujovable afternoon with repro
ductions of the world's famous
masterpieces. Some of these will
be carbons many of tliem will be
hand tinted color productions.
The High School girls will serve

The proceed« will go toward
the purchase of picture-, for the
Public Library and the High
School. Admission lor the after
