This will be the largest sale ever held in Roberts County. Sale will be held in Oscar RoUtad's barn, known as
Col. Rath Barn, south Sisseton, near the mill. Good train service. Train due to arrive 11 a. m., depart 7 p.m.
Terms of Sale—Cash or bankable paper, one year's time, usual rate of interest. All purchases must be settled
for before removing property from premises,
