Last week it said "Mr. Walter, ed itor of the Sully County Watchman, is about to o|eu a tailoring establish ment at Ft. Pierre." While it is true that our -old man" has contemplated 'opening" a tailo.ing establishment and getting him a suit of new clothcs. some dark night he is very sensitive about any allusion to his wearing ap parel, no matter how remote, for he always would -dress up" if he didn't make a cent. The altove intimation touches hiin in a tender s|ot and calls for "blud." It is possible that the Journal did not mean to le understood as herein construed, but it is the only way our Mr. Walter ever expects to open a tailoring establishment, as he knows nothing aUxit the business, but might, perhaps, cut a ^winding sheet" for the Journal when it finishes digging its 'newspuperial" grave, which will be as soon as the final proof season is over.
