Major McKinley received delegations of all the foreign elements of Cleveland nnd it was a veritable congress of tuitions. Then we have with us the Bohemians, who, by their thrift, economy, and good citizenship have become known throughout this country. He said It afforded him much pleasure to present, as the representative, of his race, and to assure Major McKinley that in the present campaign as in tho past tho colored yotors would be found with the Republican party.
