A rotary converter of 1000 kilowatts capaci ty Ib now being made In tho East for Installation in this building, which will supply electric current to tho street cars, both In Salem, nnd if necessary, to tho Oregon Electric Company, building between Snlom and Portland, ns woll as to commer cial motors In Salem.
