The contraot will provide for the execution of a bond by the company for the faithful performance of its part of the agreement; that onstruc tion work shall commence within a ;period of three months . after its execution, and that the reclamation work shall be completed within three years after January 1, 1911. A final contract to bo executed later will provide for the construc tion of canals, reservoirs, dams, and also as to the general plan upon which the reclamation work will be conducted.
