bad taste in the legislature for any
sort of blue law legislation, however

New Riots Break Out in India.
London. A Ileuter dispatch from
Allahabad, -'India,, says fresh rioting
has broken out in the Fyzabad district,
and troops are proceeding there from
Lucknow. The rioters are" estimated
to number 10,000, and the dispatch
says that thousands of others are pour
ing into Fyzabad with the intention of
annihilating the police. Tne situation
is regarded as serious, according to
the correspondent.
