Wagner was allowed for the reason of
erroneous assessment.

Wagner assessed on Grain in store
was allowed tor the reason that said
grain was stored for shipment and in
transit
On motion the application of E.
W. Owens far reduction of tax on

the City of Platte was rejected. The
County Board finds as follows: That
the assessed valuation of Block 4,
City of Platte is $2100.00. Elevator
and Warehouse $1400.00 That the
valuation of said Elevator and Ware
house should have been included in
with the valuation of block 4 as the
said Elevator and Warehouse is lo
cated on Block 4. Said claim was re
jected for the reason that the two
amounts are reasonable for the val
uation of Block 4, the Mill, Elevator
and Warehouse taken as a whole.
On motion the application of Geo.
R. Scott for a reduction of tax on
SE% of NEK, and Lot 2, sec. 9-98-65,
was rejected for the reason that the
valuation on said property was just
and reasonable.
On motion the tax «*. loti 6-8-7,
Block 6, Village of WIxeeTer was or
dered abated and reextended at a val
uation of $15.00 for the reason that
the original valuation included build
ings which burned during the year
1908.
On notion the 1908 personal tax of

dered refunded and reextended to
John A. Cole.
On motion the Bond of the Stand
ard Bridge Company covering 1912
